Fishing Regulations

  1. The limit is 4 Walleye and 4 Northern Pike. This means if you have 2 Walleyes in the freezer you are only allowed to bring 2 Walleyes home.
     
  2. You must be bring your fish back to camp whole, you cannot fillet them on the lake then bring them to camp, once here you may fillet and freeze or them.

    When filleting fish for transportation:


     
  3. Slot size for Northern is 27.5 inches to 35.4 inches. The limit is four and you may keep one over 35.4

    Walleye on our local waters the limit is 4, but you may keep only one over 18 in.
     

  4. On Lac Seul Only

Boating Regulations

  1. Each person must have an approved vest type life preserver that fits.
     
  2. Every boat must have 1 paddle, a sounding device (horn or whistle), 50 feet of floating rope, a signaling device, (3 flares or a water proof flashlight) and, a manual bailing can or pump.
     
  3. Boats larger than 19 feet or ones with built in fuel tanks must have a fire extinguisher on board.
